Terms and Conditions

Agadir Travel · Agadir, Morocco

Read this part first

  • You book the car with the supplier, not with Agadir Travel. This website only connects the two of you.
  • Prices and availability come from a live feed and can move between the moment you search and the moment you confirm.
  • We are paid a commission by the supplier when your booking is confirmed. It never raises the price you are quoted.
  • Nothing on this page removes a statutory right a consumer in your own country cannot be asked to give up.

What Agadir Travel is, and what it is not

agadirrentacar.com is a comparison and referral website for car hire in Agadir, run by Agadir Travel. We are not a rental company. We own no cars, we staff no pickup counter, and we do not sign a rental agreement with anyone. Every vehicle shown here belongs to one of the independent suppliers whose live stock we display on this site.

When you submit a search, we pass your dates and filters to the supplier network and show you what comes back. When you pick a car and send a booking request, we forward it to the supplier you chose. The contract for the actual rental, the deposit, the fuel policy, the insurance and the mileage allowance, is formed directly between you and that supplier, under their own terms, not under this page.

We are paid a commission by the supplier once a booking you make through this site is confirmed. That commission comes out of what the supplier earns and is agreed between us and them; it does not change the price quoted to you and does not make us a party to your rental.

Prices and the live feed

Every price on agadirrentacar.com is read from a live third-party feed at the moment the page loads, in euros. Suppliers add stock, adjust rates and sell out of a category throughout the day, so a figure you saw earlier is an indication rather than a number we can still guarantee later.

What actually binds anyone is the price and the terms printed on the supplier's confirmation once a booking is made, not the figure on the comparison grid. If a listing is clearly wrong, for example a daily rate far below every comparable car, the supplier does not have to honour a booking placed against it, and we may correct or remove the listing without notice.

Your contract is with the supplier

A booking made through this site has two separate layers. The first is your use of this website, and that is what these terms cover. The second is the rental itself, a contract you make directly with the supplier at the point they confirm your booking, under their own terms rather than under this page.

Minimum driver age, licence requirements, the deposit amount, the documents you bring to the counter and what gets checked at handover are all set by the supplier, and they differ from one supplier to the next even within Agadir. Read the listing for your specific car and the confirmation you receive, rather than assuming it matches a different booking you compared it against earlier.

Using this site

You can search, filter and compare the Agadir listings on this site without creating an account, and you can link to any page here freely. What you cannot do is scrape or automatically harvest the live feed for resale, copy our written pages onto another domain, or present yourself to anyone as Agadir Travel or as one of the suppliers listed here.

The text and design of agadirrentacar.com belong to Agadir Travel or are used under licence, and nothing on this page gives you a right to reuse them commercially. Car photographs and specifications belong to their respective suppliers or manufacturers and are shown only to identify the vehicle.

Limits on our liability

Because we hold no vehicle, take no deposit and never meet you at a counter, our responsibility under these terms stops at the website itself: keeping it available, showing the supplier feed accurately and passing on the requests you submit. We are not liable for a car's condition or availability, for how long a handover takes, for a dispute over damage or a deposit, or for a charge a supplier adds once you are at the desk.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything the law does not allow a business to exclude. Nothing here reduces a consumer's statutory rights.

Governing law, disputes and contact

These terms, and your use of agadirrentacar.com, are governed by the law of Morocco. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, that choice does not take away any mandatory protection your own country's law gives you, and you keep the right to bring a claim in your own courts wherever your local law does not let you waive it by contract. Your rental agreement is a separate contract and may name its own governing law, usually that of the supplier.

We may update this page when the supplier network or the law makes it necessary. The version live at the moment you search or send a booking request is the one that applies; we do not notify individual visitors of a change, so check back before relying on an earlier reading of it. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest of these terms stay in force.

If something in these terms is unclear, or you need to chase a request you sent through this site, write to [email protected]. We work by email only and take no phone calls; it keeps a written record for both sides. Include your booking reference if you have one.
